How long does shipping take?
Our products are made to order. Delivery typically takes 6-11 business days.
Do you ship outside of Germany?
Currently, we only ship within Germany. We're still missing a few technical requirements for international deliveries (EU & Switzerland). As soon as everything is in place, we'll expand shipping step by step — we'll keep you updated.
How does the return process work?
Send us a quick email – we'll explain the process. You can return physical products, but not digital prints. More info.
Can I personalize my product?
Individual customizations are not currently planned, but we are working on it. Feel free to write to us if you have an idea.
I received a damaged delivery – what should I do?
Please contact us directly with a photo. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
How do I download digital print-yourself files?
Immediately after purchase, you will receive an automatic email with your download link.
