How does the return process work?

1. Briefly register your return

Simply send us an email to hi@waegge.com .

Please provide the following information:

  • Invoice number
  • Full name
  • Item you wish to return
  • Optional: brief explanation (helps us to improve)

We'll get back to you quickly and tell you exactly what happens next.

2. Pack the item securely

For returns, the products should be well protected and packaged so that they arrive undamaged.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us – we will find a solution immediately.

3. Return shipping costs

You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend choosing insured shipping so you can track the shipment.

4. Digital products - Print-Yourself - are excluded.

Digital products that you can download immediately after purchase are excluded from cancellation once the download has started.

This applies EU-wide and is mandated by law.

5. Return address

After you submit your return request, we will send you the exact return address and further instructions.

6. Reimbursement

Once the item has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the purchase price via the payment method used for the purchase.
